Area:
-10min walk to the beautiful Blackford hill and pond. Great for jogging or peaceful walks.
-Peaceful neighbourhood (no heavy traffic).
-Easy reach to Marks & Spencer's (5mins walk), Waitrose (10mins walk) and a little further, Tesco's (15mins).
-15min walk or so from Warender pool.
-Local bars in the area, including the Canny Man & Morningside bar.
-5min walk to chip shop, 2 corner shops, cheese monger, fruit & veg monger (great prices here, and big selection) and more.
-Great cafe's in the area (I recommend Blackwood or Zulu).
-Good bus access.

**I'm leaving the country for a while and need a replacement for the room. Meeting required. Tenancy until 30th June.
