We have a lovely double room available from 21st October 2012. Unfortunately, our long term flatmate (she has been in house for more than 3 years) has moved out to live with her boyfriend therefore we are looking for another long term replacement. We are three girls therefore preferably we are looking for another female.

We live in a quiet street between London Bridge/Borough and Elephant and Castle Stations. There are plenty day and night buses round the corner so its very unlikely you will need a taxi on Saturday night. The house compromises 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room and a garden. It goes without saying that we have a washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, TV and internet. A big Tesco is within 5 minutes walking, if you fancy Borough Market or Tate Modern, its not far either (its even doable on foot on a sunny day).

We are in the age group of 25 - 33 and work in Marketing/ Media and HR. Its a quiet(ish) house although if we are all in the house, we do tend to have a dinner or drink together, watch a DVD or just have chat. We are all non smokers therefore you are must be a non smoker too. We are into normal stuff - movies, going out, photography, travel, theater, good food etc.

The rent is £370 per month + bills. Bills are normally around £50 per month however it is a bit higher in winter months due to added heating bill.
