Hi Guys,

We are 2 students at Canterbury Christ Church looking for a housemate to move in for the beginning of September. The rent is £350 a month excluding bills (although bills aren't too much, that will all be sorted before September). Internet is £5.75 each a month until December, after which is will be £7.42 each.

It's a very modern clean house, literally a one minute walk to uni and 15 minute walk to town. All double bedrooms, two bathrooms, very large kitchen and living room with a breakfast bar and dining table. The house has a drive-way so no parking charges for any of you out there with cars! Pictures will be available within a week of this being posted (we move in on the 1st). And in case any of you have come across Julian Baird... This Landlady is VERY nice and always helpful!!

Of course no house as great as this comes without its price. There is a deposit of £498, however this is all 100% refundable (NO admin fees), provided we don't blow the house up or something ridiculous like that.....

We are quite a sociable pair, we do shops together and cook meals together etc so we're looking for someone who will want to join in.
