Hi there,

Female flatmate required- friendly, neat & tidy to share with quiet respectful tenant.

This is a lovely flat. It is a large garden flat, sharing with one other female. The room to rent is a fully furnished double bedroom.

The flat is on Leith Links, close to good bus links to the town center and close to loads of great restaurants and bars. And free on street parking.

The arrangement is $400 per calander month with all bills and council tax included- (the only exception is if electricity & gas combined go over £50 in a month. Then the two flatemates pay the difference between them). Deposit is £400, plus one month in advance. And is available from end July.
