Hi there,

We are Tan and Nic and have a lovely 2 bed house just off Lewes Road. We are currently looking to rent out our spare room as our current room mate has just landed herself a job in Laandan!!

We are both working professionals and work 8-6 Monday to Friday. We love seeing our friends on the weekends but we do like the occasional pint during the week. We have lived here for 2 years now and love the house. Tan does smoke but not in the house, YUK!!

We have a good sized lounge with Virgin TV and wireless broadband, a large kitchen (big enough for a table), which leads to our sun trap roof terrace that overlooks Woodvale Crematorium.

Upstairs there is 2 good sized doubles (our room and the spare). We have had a shower installed over the bath which we really love!

There is also our very old cat, Daisy. She generally sleeps most of the time so will be out of the way.

We would like to find a like minded room mate who we can go out for a beer with but who also likes their own space. We would prefer a working female of any age, just so long as you like cats and enjoy a glass of vino on the terrace.

The monthly rent will be £500 inclusive of all bills, full use of washing machine, dishwasher and the rest of the kitchen facilities. This also includes the TV and wireless internet.
