Looking for a chilled out, sociable professional to join one girl and two guys in our lovely house. 

You will be lucky enough to have 2 rooms -large double bedroom with walk in wardrobe and a separate study with desk and comfy armchair. 

The house is well maintained and has a garden which we are excited to make use of now the weather is getting nicer! There's a living room and separate kitchen where we cook together or have friends round for dinner. 

We've 2 bathrooms, each with a shower (currently one for the girls and one for the boys).

The house is 5mins walk from 
Richmond Station which is perfect if you catch the train in the morning or fancy a walk into town. If you are not yet acquainted with Richmond then I'd def recommend it. Good transport links, nice bars and restaurants a plenty, ample gyms to choose from not to mention Richmond Park is an absolute gem! 

We're really looking for someone friendly and sociable (non smoker), wouldn't mind sharing a bottle of wine on an evening or a meal out,but also who has their own life. We are in our late 20s/early 30s.
