Well I have just the place for you:

It’s a three bedroom, first and second floor flat with street access, spacious living room, open plan to kitchen/dining area, Harry Potter space under the stairs and one bathroom complete with shower, bath and toilet.

Situated roughly a five minute walk from both Brixton (Victoria line) and Clapham North (Northern line) tube stations. Amenities near by include big supermarkets, great pubs and bars, Brockwell park and Clapham common. Oh and a bus stop on the door step.

My two beloved housemates are moving out when the tenancy ends on the fourth of March to move closer to work. But I am very keen to stay in the area, it’s a really homely, conveniently situated and reasonably priced flat.

It’s a twelve month contract, total rent for the flat is split according to room size. There was an agency fee when I joined, about one hundred and twelve pounds and the deposit is a month and a half rent, again split according to room size. Bills usually work out to be around eighty pounds a month, including, council tax, water, Internet, gas, electricity and TV license.
