My partner and I are looking for a property that is in need of refurbishment. Anything from internal refurbishment to a full restoration. As long as the property is structurally sound and has a water supply available. We would do the works in exchange for an acceptable level of rent and long term tenancy. We are lookin for a property in the Highlands/Inverness area other areas will be considered. The property needs to be able to have at least 3 bedrooms as we have children.
