Hello,

We have a lovely small double room available now or from 1st May for a female student (3rd/4th year or MA) sharing with three other students (2 boys, 1 girl) aged 23-28.

With a mix of (ECA and Napier) graphic design, events/festival management and fashion design we’re a pretty creative household! We often cook, go to dance classes, play tennis/sport and socialise together. If that sounds like you then please get in touch!

The room is £280pcm and bills at the moment have been around £30pm. £300 deposit.

We want someone who’s going to really muck in and get involved. Female – to keep the balance and again ideally creative, but that’s not essential!

Non-smoker. Clean, considerate & sociable (not someone who’s going to hide in their room – although we are all considerate of each others’ privacy.) No couples.

Also during the colder months someone who’s happy to chuck on an extra jumper as apposed the heating bills going through the roof.
