I'm a postgraduate student who is looking for a 3 months tenancy contract (flat/studio/house), starting from the middle of June to the end of September as my current contract will be end on 30th June.
My primary preferred location would be somewhere near City Centre, but I don't mind if yours aren't. I'm flexible on the location, but I mostly concern on not to share a house with other tenants.
I would like to have all bills to be included in the rental fee and again I'm flexible on the rent, it depends on the amount that you are willing to be paid. It would be even much better if the internet is provided.
