My boyfriend and I are looking for a 1 bed flat in either the Potters Bar or Hatfield areas of Hertfordshire, to move in 01/05/12, in order to be closer to the Queen Mother Animal Hospital. We have two friendly, adult dogs (20 and 25 kg), both with references from previous landlords. Our budget is around £800 pcm, and we'd like ideally to have one parking spot and a garden with grass.
