We Are A Professional Couple Looking For A Long Term Rental In Belford Or Near By Areas.

The Property We Seek Would Ideally Have At Least 2 Bedrooms, And Have A Garden. We Have 2 Small Dogs, Who Are Very Well Behaved, And Children Must Be Ok Too As We Are Starting A Family :)

We Are From The North East, But I Lived In Belford As A Child, And Would Love To Raise My Own Family There. For The Past 4 Years We Have Been Living Overseas In Thailand, Where We Have Started Our Own Business. Now That We Are Looking To Start A Family We Are Moving Back To The UK, And Need A Property To Move Into Around The 1st Week Or So Of June 2012.

We Work For Ourselves And Are A Quiet Hard Working Couple, So Will Be In The Property Everyday, And You Can Be Rest Assured We Will Take Great Care Of Your House, And Are Willing To Give It A New Coat Of Paint Etc If Needed. Unfurnished Is OK, As We Will Be Buying New Furniture Also. Basically We Want Somewhere Peaceful, So We Can Live The Country Family Life We Have Dreamed Of.

In Terms Of Price, We Would Like Somewhere As Cheap As Possible, Pref. Under 420 Per Month. We Can Pay A Deposit And Month In Advance. If Needed We Can Pay 3 Months In Advance Should You Wish.

We Are Interested In Belford, And Surrounding Villages. If You Have Something Suitable Please Contact Us, And If You Have Pictures That Would Be Great Too. We Are Great Tenants, And Will Be Looking For Somewhere Long Term Where We Can Really Settle And Make Home.
