To run alongside our creative studio and office spaces at Studio 31, we have now launched our first creative residential property, Westbourne Residences. We are looking for people who want to help build a creative community and make this beautiful Georgian house the heart of it. With stunning original features and fantastic proportions, it’s a blank canvas awaiting artistic input.

We are open to ideas as to how the space can be used and are already in the process of developing ideas for pop up exhibitions. If you would like to put on an event or exhibition within the space, we can support you in the development and marketing of it. We have good connections with some great artistic companies which could really benefit you.

We have a fantastic 10 bedroom house available for creative beings looking to live with likeminded individuals. Located on the Clifton Triangle you will be minutes away from top bars, restaurants and supermarkets.

Room rents start at £450 and vary depending on size. There are no agency fees. All rooms include a bed, wardrobe, desk, chair and basins and have original features and wooden floorboards.
