Hi there! I have good sized double room available for a professional person. The flat has a light and airy lounge, kitchen, bathroom, and patio and garden. There is off street parking and broadband within the property.

It is a 5 min drive from either Sidcup or Bexleyheath station. You can be in London within 20 mins on train. You can also be on the A2 within minutes. Danson Park is a two min walk.

I am in the fitness industry, running my own business so my hours can vary. I am looking for one person, (sorry no couples), ideally male. I am pretty laid back and enjoy socialising as well as liking my own company. I am really into sports, easy going so ideally hoping to find a flat mate who is too.
