Large double room to let in 1st floor flat close to Upper Chorlton road. The flat has two bedrooms and you would have full use of the main bathroom, as my bedroom has an ensuite. Your bedroom is a fairly large space and has a big comfy double bed, with all the furniture you need.

The flat is in a quiet and leafy part of Whalley Range, has off road parking and is surrounded by lawns. It's about a 2 minute walk to the bus stop, and a stones throw away or so from the Nip & Tipple/Hilary Step/Jam Street. The flat has a lot of natural light, an open kitchen/living room with large sash windows and it's also very soundproof.

I'm a 31 year old gay professional female who works for a charity, I'm really easy going, clean (but not a clean freak!), organised (but not anal) and social (but not Paris Hilton) so I'd be happy to hear from anyone with similar traits!

Rent is £400 per month (all bills included) deposit is £300.
