A fantastic modern villa in own grounds and with own pool right in centre of can Picafort , North mallorca.
Right on doorstep of supermarket, beach, port, bars, restaurants with no need for a car.
The beach is a 5 minute walk , approx 500 metres.
Superb for large families or group of friends! The house sleeps up to 10 people and has 3 twin bedrooms and 1 double plus 4 full bathrooms! The house also has air conditioning, DVD , washing machine and BBQ in garden.
It will have free Wifi and Sky TV for summer 12 bookings.
The resort of can picafort is very popular in UK due to very safe beach and the choice of restaurants and bars.

The prices are per stay and we offer flexible arrival days and durations as long as minimum 4 days.
Prices per day are:
May and Oct 100 euros
June and sept 250 euros
July and August 280 euros
25% deposit payable to reserve, 25% 6 weeks prior to arrival and rest on arrival at House. Breakages deposit of 300 euros.
Discounts for stays of 7 days and over. . If you need any extra beds, cots etc we can be flexible so dont hesitate to ask.
