Large double room available in a spacious newly totally renovated top floor flat in Shawlands. The room is south facing, fully furnished with modern wardrobes etc and is very bright and sunny. The flat has two bathrooms, a spacious lounge and a dining kitchen.

I’m in a great location just 2 minutes walk from Kilmarnock Road where all local amenities are close to hand...such as 24 hour shops, takeaways, pubs, supermarkets, banks, great transport links etc

I am looking for someone who is 25+, friendly, non smoking, clean, tidy, responsible and considerate! (not too much to ask hopefully!) I am a 39yr old male taxi driver who is easy to get along with and who will be out working quite a lot of the time. My girlfriend is a 31yr old Spanish nurse and the other flatmate is a 36yr old teacher (who is also Spanish!).

I lived in both Spain (Barcelona) and France (Antibes) for a couple of years and would be pleased to live with even more people from one of these countries! (Other countries are also welcome!)

The room is available from now - Rent is £300 per month plus bills. The fixed bills such as council tax, broadband, factors fees, boiler contract, close cleaning and gardening etc are £30 each per month. Gas and electricity bills are divided by four so will vary however should average £20 or so per month.
