The flat is south facing so gets the sun all day. You will be sharing with one other flatmate (me!) however i work and am in my final year of study so am not about much, so often you will get the flat completely to yourselves.
The rent does not include bills, which come to a maximum of thirty pounds a month, as gas and electric are on meter this varies with the weather.
Overall it is a very cheap rent for what you get, it is a five minute walk from new cross station which has the east london line and express rail links to London bridge, East Croydon as well as other destinations. Bus links from the top of the road go take around 40 mins-hour to get into central london depending on traffic and are 24hr.
There is also a large Sainsbury's, TK Maxx and Currys five mins from the house as well as other large stores (Asda, B&Q etc...) ten mins away.
