Hi all,

We have one room becoming available in our large house near Clapham North.

The house is over 3 floor is newly built and all flatties are around 22-30 years of age. From OZ, Italy and England.

Everyone gets along in the house but the house is managed by an agency so the contracts are individual.

The price is £190 for the room and includes:
cleaner 2h a week, cleaning products, bedlinen, tv license, water, electicity, gas and of course wifi (unlimited!!!)

It' s a big house with 7 rooms and 4 toilets and 3 showers.

Large kitchen/diner and back garden for BBQ!

It does not take long for the room to be rented, so normally first come first served so if you need a room for at least 1 month, come and see it!

The minimum to stay is 1 month and deposit is only 2 weeks.
