We have a 2 double bedroom ground floor flat in a block of just 4 flats in Coldean, Brighton. It is housing association.

All the rooms are a good size but the kitchen is fairly small, so may not suit everyone. The kitchen was fitted around 18 months ago.

The flat is neutrally decorated and newly carpetted, has had new doors, and has very effective gch.

The lounge has room for a dining table in the corner, and the larger of the 2 bedrooms (currently used for a photography hobby) would suit 2 children.

We have our own garden as well as a paved area that runs along the flat and round the corner, where you could put a shed. We have 2 outside storage cupboards, as well as 2 cupboards in the hallway.

The upstairs neighbour is a single elderly lady, the rest of the neighbours are very quiet, and pets are allowed.

We are seeking a 2/3 bedroom house ANYWHERE along the south coast of England. It must have a private garden for our dog. We are looking to make a fresh start outside of Brighton and have a new business grant so need to move within the next few months.
