This is my much loved flat. I have to rent it as I work in Luton and can not manage the commute.
It is a converted sea side house. I have the ground floor. It has victorian tiles up steps to the door. Then a corridor that goes to the upstairs flat. A door with stain glass windows takes you into my flat.
It has a large living room with lots of light and a fire place that really sets of the room. The bedroom is a large double with a huge wondow and built in wardrobes that span the whole lengh of the room.
I have a gully kitchen with a new oven and hob.
The bathroom is massive. It has a seperate bath and shower. It also houses the utility room washing with washing machine and dryer.
Its right by the Marina and sea. Its on loads of bus routes and a 20 min walk into town.
Kemp Town is lovely loads of cafes and shops. 5 mins from hospital and Montisorri school.
