You Would Have A Large Single Room Overlooking The Garden Which Has Just Been Decorated All White With A Wooden Floor And Although Is Finished I Am Buying A New Double Wardrobe And Chest Of Drawers Which I Am Waiting To Arrive. There Is A Vanity Sink And Unit In The Room And I Am Happy To Supply Table And Chair For A Student Or Chair To Be Discussed. The Price Includes Bills And Laundry Would Be Done.(but No Ironing As I Hate Ironing Lol). We Have A Large Lounge And Kitchen Which You Are Welcome To Use. We Have A Large New Bathroom For Your Use Opposite Your Room Which You Would Share With The Other Tennent Who Is Very Clean. We Are Very Easy To Get Along With. Everyone In The House Has There Own Bedroom And The Other Rooms Have On-suites.
