We have a lovely house in Brighton, very close to the Duke of York
cinema (and London Road train station) plus a short 15 minute walk to
the city centre or 10 minute walk to Brighton station.

The house is furnished with a large combined lounge / dining room,
fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, toilet and 3 bedrooms. There's also
a terraced garden area which is perfect for relaxing or BBQ's in
summer. The landlord who furnished the house is a graphic designer and
has filled it with interesting paintings and furniture so that it
feels like a real home, not your average share house!

We're looking for a professional couple to fill a large double room
that two of our housemates are leaving. The beautiful room is fully
furnished - it comes with king size bed, enormous wardrobe, bedside
tables, chest of drawers, lamps.

The rent for the room is £580 per month. We split bills, which come to
about £90 per person per month. Residents parking (by permit) is
available and the house is privately let, so there are no agency or
other fees.
