Hi,

We’re looking for a sociable, easy-going, clean and considerate, twenty-something professional to join our house in Whitechapel.

The House is a 3 storey, 4 bedroom house in a quiet close and has a lounge room, kitchen/dining, spare parking space and back garden!

We are located just 5 minutes from Brick Lane and 10 minutes from Liverpool St/Shoreditch. There are a couple of tube stations and a big Sainsbury’s etc within 5 minute walk.

The current housemates are 3 males (2 Australians and 1 British) working in advertising/finance. This is a fun and friendly house and we enjoy having friends over but also enjoy our quiet working weeks. We’re generally friendly and pretty relaxed. Hoping to find a like-minded person to join our house.

The room is a large double and is available from the Fri 27th July. The rent is £700 p/m with one month’s rent payable as deposit. There are 6 months left on the lease. Bills are not included (about £50 p/m including fortnightly cleaner). If couples apply rent may increase to £750pm
