I have a large double room for rent from now, the rent will start on the 15th May. It's a 3 bed house with front and rear gardens, kitchen, living room and dining area wifi, digital TV, 5 mins walk from Northfields station on the Piccadilly line.

Sharing with 2 other men in their 20's, one is a professional musician (don't worry you won't be kept up all night!) and the other is a masters student studying business management.

Please get in touch if you're interested in coming round and meeting everyone! The landlord would prefer employed tenants but students are fine if you have a UK guarantor. Deposit paid directly to me and rent by direct debit to the landord. The contract is til September with a possibility to carry on after that, bills not included. Thanks! Tim
