My flatmate's moving closer to her family, so there's a huge double bedroom available in a beautiful 2 bedroom flat off Crouch Hill, 3 minutes’ walk from Crouch End Broadway located on a quiet road.

You will be sharing this lovely airy split level flat with one other tenant, a friendly female teacher in her mid-30s (German, veggie). The room is unfurnished, but has a large built in wardrobe and a big storage cupboard just for you in the hallway. I've lived here for about a year, and it's a wonderfully calm place to come home to. I love exploring London, the Arts, cinema etc.

The rent is £675 per month plus bills (around £130 in the winter, less in the summer). Before moving in, the landlord will require the usual credit checks/references plus agency fees, 6 wks deposit and 1 month rent in advance. The agency specifies that the new tenant must be in full time employment; it’s a 1 year contract with a 6 month break clause.
