Official contract start-date would be July 1st 2012, but my flat mate is moving around June 20th so something could be arranged with him if you needed to move in earlier.

The living room is great - two comfy sofas, table and chairs, TV (not hooked up for programmes though - but I'm willing to discuss licence if needed) - is linked to DVD player.

Kitchen: good layout, washer-dryer, *dishwasher*, good cupboard space, and good electric cooker. Lots of pots and pans and crockery.

Bathroom: Bath/Shower arrangement and the usuals...

There is also a large lobby space by the door for shoes and coats, plus a decent sized storage cupboard. Also, push-bike rack in the building's hall (if you cycle)

INTERNET IS INCLUDED IN RENT - fast BT Broadband Unlimited over Wi-Fi.

Bills: it works out at about £30-40 per month. Electric is quarterly, and water/waste is monthly. Winter months would be towards the higher end of that price.
