Hello!

I'm leaving York to do a research placement in London next term, so am after someone who would like to take over the lease on my room here.

The house is in a really quite charming part of Heslington Village very close to the university, complete with local donkeys (and sometimes a Shetland pony), plenty of banks, the post office and, of course, Browns sandwich place (and grocers). The house is large; 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living room, kitchen and large garage and garden. The rooms in the property are on an individual-let basis with Sinclair Properties, so the handover would be a pretty smooth process.

The room is available from Mid-April (roughly the start of term/23rd, though this is flexible) until 23rd September. The price is £85/week,
with ALL BILLS INCLUDED (including broadband, TV licence, garden maintenance, water/gas/electricity)

Some information about the house and room;

- Address is 15 School Lane, YO10 5EE

- On offer is one large double bedroom in the rear of the house; Double bed, built-in wardrobe, mirror, desk with lamp and overhead cupboard, 2x drawers, 2x pin-boards; large windows overlooking the garden.

- The rest of the house is in excellent condition, fully refurbished
just before September of last year; Double leather sofas, widescreen TV, washing machine/tumble drier/dishwasher, plenty of fridge/freezer space etc

- 5 other students, all mature/postgrad (and my guarantee of being all
very lovely :D)
