The flat is in a prime location within walking distance to the city centre and to the west end as well as being just minutes away from kelvinbridge underground station.

The flat is very large comprising two double bedrooms, livingroom, kitchen that inculdes washing machine and tumble dryer, a spaciuos bathroom containing seperate bath and shower as well as plenty of storage cubords that serve as a bonus. The room on offer comes fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair.

You would be sharing with me a 24 year oldscottish, posgraduate student at Glasgow uni. When I have spare time I like mountain biking or going to the pub, it would be nice to get someone in who also likes to socialise.

The leaae would be signed though a letting agent who have stipulated that any tennant must have either a UK based gaurantor or a steady income be it a salary or bursary.
