We are looking for a 5th flatmate to join our a great house asap - 5 minutes walking distance from Brick Lane.

The house is as follow:

Very nice ground floor with a fully furnished kitchen, WC, spacious living room + lounge and a big garden.

3 rooms on the first floor, and 2 on the second floor (one bathroom on each floor).


The available room is located on the second floor, it is double and furnished.

Price is £710 per month - bills not included.
All usual services are already set up (as Sky Internet + call + TV).


We are looking for a friendly and tidy person to share our house as one of us is leaving.

The house is now made of 3 professional girls and 1 student guy.

Preference is a working professional willing to share a house, and not just share the rent.

Room available from 1st April (possibility to move in around this date though).
