AVAILABLE NOW is a 250 sq ft office with large storage mezzanine located in a studio complex with other offices as well as 3 large photographic studios, a gallery and event spaces.

The office is bright with a sky light window and large chalkboard area for making notes. This office can fit 3 large desks comfortably.

Contracts are 6 months or a year with a 2 month notice to break the lease. Currently as an introductory offer we will deduct £200 pounds from the first 2 months of the lease.

This price also includes access to fully equipped kitchen and beautiful lounge area and meeting spaces. We do not have an official reception as of yet but the office that maintains the building is located downstairs and we are happy to answer the door for your guests and show them to your office.
