Looking for a male or female NON-SMOKING flatmate aged 25 or older to share my flat on the edge of Shoreditch.

I am creative person that works full time.
I have lived in the flat for 5 years and I really love it.
I am tidy and busy, I work a lot and use my home as a nice place to relax.

the flat is in the front part of an estate, has large rooms and a balcony. Kitchen if fully equiped including washing machine. Living room has a tv and freeview. the bedroom has large windows, some furniture and a new double sized bed. It is spread over 2 floors, so there is plenty of space and even some storage.

The flat is located very close to Broadway Market, Columbia road and has bus stopslocated right out front. Nearest tube is Benthal Green Road (about 7 min walk) and Overground is Cambridge Heath Road.

I am vegetarian and would prefer if you were as well.
I am a NON SMOKER and you must be.
