I'm Looking For A Spacious Modern 2 Bed House. I'm Living With My Mother With My 3yr Old And She Has Unfortunately Sold Her House Which Will Leave Me Homeless. It Could Take Up To Months Or Me To Get Offered Anything From The Council Which Means A Hostel. The Council Advised Me To Find A Private Landlord Who Would Accept Me Into Their Home With Being On The Council List. I'm Not Able To Afford The Bond. Council Will Give The Landlord £500 Cash For Taking Us On And Anything You Need To Claim For I.e Damages Once The Tenancy Is Up You Claim From Them. I'm Not Necessarily Going To Claim DSS All Depending On The Rent Amount As They Are Extremely High At The Minute.
