We live in an old victorian house in a 2 bed ground floor flat in city centre with a large lounge (16ftx16ft) & a large main bedroom(16ftx17ft), a single 2nd bedroom. it has a small front garden which is decked but with a communal garden area too. It has brand new kitchen put in in march 2012. Bathroom & double glazed windows were put in when we moved in 3 years ago. we have great neighbours and even though its in city centre its very quiet.
Looking to move to a 2-3 bed house as i have a 4yr old son who is in need of a garden and looking to expand family.
