Hi there,
I have a large 2 bed flat in selly oak (bordering bournville),
Double glazed, we have storage heaters on economy 7 (all electric) so very cheap :). We live on 2nd floor (top) of a 3 story block of 6 flats,
We don't have a garden but there is an outside space and a car park and garages at the rear of the property. (you need to rent a garage from council) There is also a huge country park less than a minute away, with a duck pond and playground. I have lovely neighbours and am close to all amenities, im moving to have more space for my 2 children.
