Thereon you will find photos under Gallery (click icomn & it will show photos). There is a coral stone two room dwelling I have constructed which can be expanded in weeks. There is fresh piped in water from the Kilifi Water board, there is a 66 metre well which is being finalised, there are numerous cashew nut and coconut trees on the site and the Indian Ocean is 1 km away.

There are land reports there frtom a Kenya agricultural research institute (land/earth quality).

The site is 20 or so miles from Mombasa on the Kilifi road at a historic ancient port called Takaungu (where there is a creek).
There is an 18 hole golf course 5 miles away (see http://www.vipingoridge.com/) which has flights from Nairobi (capital of Kenya) to the golf course twice daily (see propeller airline www.fly540.com/). I.E. you can fly direct to the farm . from Nairobi, or direct to the land from Heathrow (Avro Airlines to Mombasa)There are numerous things to do on the coast (marine reefs, Shemba Hills Game Reserve, Safaris at Tsavo Park, etc) and unlimited sunshine.

The land is available on 99 year lease. A High Court Advocate could draw up the lease which would have to be filed at the Kenya Government Land Registry Office at Kilifi on the coast. Charges would be about 500 UK pounds.
Swap for anything - plot of land, England only, vehicle or vessel (canal boat), lease out annually ( pounds 2500), sell pounds 35,000.
