Hi,

The house is located 5-10 min from canning town station (jubilee and dlr). There are five buses running between the house and the tube station every couple of minutes. The bus stop is in 2 min walking distance.

The area surrounded with supermarket stores mainly Iceland. Banks, cash and carry, newsagents, Job centre, Gym, Police station, Post Office, Doctor, pharmaceutical outlets are all in walking distance. The area is very safe and constantly patrolled by police.

The house is of very modern standards. The room is large enough for a couple. The room consists of a super king size bed, very large mirror wardrobe, table, bed side drawer with night lamp. The house is nice and warm in winter as we have refurbished the heating system with new insulated walls.

The room is located on the ground floor. The person will share the shower with a couple. The kitchen which is of a very large size will be shared by two other couples. The tenants are from mix nationality (Bulgarian, Portuguese and English). The tenants are professional and I am looking for someone who can fit in this quiet and clean environment.

We do not allow any parties in the house. No overnight stays are allowed either. This is a non smoking house. The house also has a backyard with clothes drying facility (washing lines).

The rent is £105pw for a single person and £120pw for a couple. The rent is inclusive of all bills and wifi internet.
