Our House Is A Cute Little One Bedroom Town House And Is Extremely Well Presented. It's Open Plan With A Nice Modern Kitchen With All The Appliances Etc And A Nice Dining Area. The Sitting Room Has A Great Comfy Sofa And A Separate Sofa Bed With French Door Opening Onto The Garden. The Bathroom Is Modern With Limestone Tiles And Underfloor Heating.



The Garden Is Very Private And There Is Off Street Parking. 



Located In A Quiet Little Paved Road And Within Close Proximity Of Wandsworth Common And Bellevue Road With Its Cafes, Restaurants And Designer Shops. Wandsworth Common Train Line With Easy Access To Victoria (12 Minutes), Clapham Junction & Waterloo Station. Bus Nearby To Kings Road Chelsea. Wimbledon Is Approximately A 12 -15 Minute Journey By Car.

Along Our Parade Of Shops Is A Lovely Park Which Is Wonderful For Picnics And There's A Great Deli Close By. Opposite The Park Is Chez Bruce Which Is One Of London's Famous Restaurants.
