The room is of a very large size with its own en suite (shower), built in wardrobe and double bed. The flat consists of another 3 bedrooms and a huge open plan living room/dining room/kitchen.
£650PCM inc Bills.

We are;
English Male, 24, Graphic Design Student and Electronic Music Producer.
Australian Male, 24, Barista and DJ/Electronic Music Producer
Irish Female, 25, Events Co-ordinator, DJ and Producer.

You;
We are looking to keep the male/female balance and so the room is only available to FEMALES. Although we are all chasing our creative aspirations, we all work/study full time during the day. We are looking for someone who is fun and friendly as well as respectful, considerate and clean (although we are not neat freaks!). We are a very social household but this is generally limited to weekend outings and we wont be blasting music throughout the week (just so you don't get the wrong idea).

Location;
We are 1 minute walk from Hackney Downs which means you can be at Liverpool Street in 15 minutes.
5 minute walk from Hackney Central and a 10 minute walk from Dalston Junction. 30mins from Oxford circus on the tube.

As we are expecting quite a few responses to this ad could you please tell us a little bit about yourself and why you think you'd fit into our flat. We are looking for a housemate not just someone to fill our spare room. :)
