I have a 2 bed end of terrace house in the lovely South Norfolk Village of Stoke Holy Cross (5 miles south of Norwich) that I would like to swap for a 2 bed house within a 5 mile radius of Thame.
Both bedrooms are of a good size. Bedroom 1 is double and bedroom 2 is a small double/large single.
There is gas central heating and solar panels of the electric ( these have been recently installed.)
It has a down stairs toilet and upstairs bathroom.
It is set off the road and has it's own driveway.
The gardens do need some work but of a reasonable size.
The local primary school (4 minute walk) has an outstanding ofsted report and the high school has sport status.
There is a bus service that runs into Norwich twice an hour.
Shops and drs are within a 5 minute car journey.
