We have a double room for rent in our cozy shared house. You will be sharing with 4 easy going guys. We are all working professionals so we enjoy and like to preserve our calm and peaceful atmosphere. Most of us are long term residents and have been here for over a year.

The house is situated in a very idyllic location. You can walk to town in about 20-25 minutes. Local train station is less than 10 minutes’ walk. Cardiff Bay Retail Park is literally on your door step; so Ikea and Asda are within a few minutes’ walk. For evening’s and nights out Cardiff bay’s Mermaid Quay is a short walk away.

If, after all this, you still feel the need to own a car then there is free off street parking available.

Right, down to the requirements:
- You will need to show proof that you’re working
- Deposit of £300 plus 4 weeks rent in advance
- Reference from previous landlord (not essential)
