I Am Looking To Move To Hunstanton From The Dereham Area, And Am Looking For A 1/2 Bed Property (NOT A Flat) To Rent, Where 2 Dogs (quiet, Houstrained, Etc) & 2 Cats Would Be Welcome (secure Garden Preferable), Where The Let Is LONG TERM - I Don't Want To Have To Keep Moving Every 6-12months.

I'm A Quiet, Intellectual And High-common Sense Individual, Who Has Been Living In Housing Association Housing For The Past Three Years With No Problems Or Complaints, Used To Looking After A Place & Keeping It In Good Order - I'm Trying To Get My Life Back On Track After Some Pretty Major Changes On The Personal Front, & Am Fed Up With The Limited Prospects Open To Me In Terms Of Housing Association Provision, Etc.

I'm Currently Looking For Work, & Able & Willing To Do Pretty Much Anything That Doesn't Need A Driving Licence Or CSCS/SIA Card (none Of Which I Have), Experience Is In Financial Services Administration, But I'll Do Bar Work, Whatever, Just To Get Back On My Feet - Initially, Though, It'd Have To Be Cheap Rent, With The Possibility Of Accepting Some Housing Benefit, Or - Ideally - I Could Do Jobs Around The Property In Lieu Of Rent Til I Got A Job (I Can Do General Gardening & DIY, Could Also Help Someone In Their Business?) & Would Need To Be Able To Pay Deposit Over Time, Or For There To Be No Deposit.

I Don't Want A Flat (live In One At The Moment, & It's Driving Me Up The Wall, As You Can Hear Everything, Plus There's No Garden For The Dogs,) But Would Consider Anything Else - Even A Caravan, If That's What You've Got. Just Want A Fresh Start At The Coast, Really.
