Our family home is for sale!!

We have all relocated back to Belfast and need to sell the house in Italy.

I'll give you a basic overview but if you are interested please drop me a line and I'll answer any questions etc you may have.

It is 5mins from Casalattico, a very small, but unique village south of Rome, in the Frosinone region. Unique because it holds the largest population of Irish Italians - everyone who lives here or has a holiday home here has some connection to Ireland through business. If you go during the summer months nearly everyone speaks english!

It has a handy pub, local restaurant & supermarket all within walking distance. Local towns of Atina & Sora are a short drive away too. Cassino, famous for Monte Cassino, is 20mins away, Rome about 1.5 hours and the same for Naples. And the beach is about 45mins to 1 hour away. There are also 2 outdoor pools nearby open to the public.

The house is approx 400 years old spread over 3 floors.

Ground floor has kitchen/ living area and large family bathroom with jacuzzi bath.
First floor has 2 bedrooms, office area, large walk in wardrobe, toilet and shower as well as a small balcony with views over the mountains.
Second floor has 2 bedrooms and bathroom with bath.

The ground floor bathroom and kitchen are just new and the house will come semi furnished if required.

It would be classed as a rural area because you are away from it all but there is always lots going on especially during the summer. It is a very good base for exploring the mid south of Italy and is very close to the main motorway, at Cassino.
