Hello,

We have a lovely 2 bedroom new build flat in Purely, 5 minutes walk from Purley station and 10 minutes walk to Tesco. There is laminate wood flooring throughout (except in bedrooms where there is cream carpet), a large lounge/diner/kitchen, 2 large double bedrooms with master en suite, double glazing, GSH, and hot water is heated by solar panels (this saves an absolute fortune on gas bills!).

There is allocated parking and the property is at the end of a close so there is almost no traffic. There is storage under the building for large items - we keep our bikes and my husband's weights bench down there out of site but where they are still easily accessible. We have lovely leafy views and Riddlesdown Common is a 10 minute walk away. The neighbours are friendly and quiet and we do really enjoy living here.

We would like a property in the same general area (Purley, Kenley, South Croydon) with 2 or even 3 bedrooms but more importantly with a garden.
