A wonderful room to let in a flatshare on Tottenham road is available from 5th October. The room is a single with an amazing double bed and a great view of the city from your window.

The flat is split over two stories and has 2 bathrooms, one with a very nice bath/shower. The kitchen is all modern with everything in the whole of the place having recently been refurbished. The location is ideal, just off Dalston Kingsland road and only a couple minutes from Dalston Junction and Dalston Kingsland stations and buses available to everywhere in London.

We in the house have lived together for 3 years, been in this flat for only 2 months, and get on great. Steph works in promotions, Jerome in retail, Remi is a French masters student at Goldsmiths and Lasma (a recent addition) and also works in retail.

It is a very music friendly flat with everyone playing some instrument or another but still very respectful of one another's space and the time. The house is fairly sociable and we all spend time together in addition leading our own lives, but it is not a party house by any means. You can smoke in your room if you like, but not everyone smokes and it is not a smoking house.

We are looking for someone who is young with their student-type partying days behind them, but still likes to go out and have a good time and can get on well with the rest. Monday to Thursday is fairly quite within the flat, but there is no better place to be at the weekend then within walking distance or a short trip to all of the great places in East London.

My visa is up and I am moving back home to the States, but the rental will be until the expirey of the lease on 5 June with the option to renew. I am very sad to be leaving such a great flat and flatmates, but it is your opportunity to take it over! Rent is £470 a month, or £109 per week, with a security deposit of one months rent at £470 and an agency fee of £125.
