Hi there, we are looking for one person to move into our flat. We are two young males in our 20s, that like to keep the house tidy and in a good state. Although we are also outgoing and quite social. The room is a double room, with two wardrobes, a large desk and a small box room. The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, a gas oven stove and a washing machine. There is a door in the kitchen which leads out into the balcony. There is one bathroom with a bath/shower. There is also a large living room with two comfortable sofas, a coffee table, pool table and a gas fireplace. The gas, electric and internet is not included in the price. The gas and electric are topped up with a card from the local shop.
