We have a large single room available in our three bedroom house in Tooting Broadway.

The room comes fully furnished with bed, desk, wardrobe, plenty of storage space and an original fireplace.

The house is a five minute walk from Tooting Broadway station (zone 3, Northern Line). Excellent bus services. There are plenty of shops, restaurants, takeaways and decent pubs nearby.

Bills have been quite cheap so far (Wandsworth council tax!) and work out at about £70/month for tax, Virgin tv and internet, tv license, water, electricity and gas.

You will be sharing a large living room, huge kitchen and a bathroom. There is also a back garden/patio area - perfect for summer BBQs and gatherings. The house is pretty big, there's definitely enough room for bikes, suitcases, etc.

You will be living with Emma and Paul. We’re both writers and sub-editors for magazines. We like pubs, live music, films, cooking and chocolate (you can tell Emma wrote this)! We're quite sociable and like having friends over for dinner, the odd small gathering and staying up late talking rubbish. Saying that though, we're both tidy, environmentally friendly and do work very hard during the days!

We'd love to live with someone who's up for a bit of a natter and would like to knock back with a few drinks some evenings. No couples (pretty obvious really, it is a single room).
