Immediately available a good size double room in a clean, mature, friendly and relaxed house share in Hollingdean area. The room is unfurnished, but we could help to find basic furniture (bed, wardrobe and desk).

Plenty of free street parking, 5 minutes away from a bus stop and Fiveways, 10 minutes away from Moulsecoomb station and big Saynsbury's.

The house is spacious and well set-up with fully fitted kitchen, spacious open-plan living and dining room area, plus a conservatory great for relaxing, keep bikes and drying clothes. There is a lovely big back garden ideal for summer barbecues and big enough to grow your own vegetables (if you want to). Finally there is a standard bathroom, which has a bath and an electric shower.

We are looking for another housemate, male or female, tidy and house trained and willing to chip in with basic cleaning. Not available for housing benefits, smokers (unless you’re willing to smoke outside) and no pets – all agency rules.

The rent for the room is £355 per month, plus bills on top of that, around £90 to cover all bills (internet, water, gas, electricity, council tax and TV license) cleaning products and a cleaner twice a month.
