We are looking for a flat in the Gloucester Road, St Andrews area in the region of 550 pounds a month.

We are a friendly, professional couple seeking a 1 or 2 bedroom flat ideally with a garden or outdoor space. Private landlord preferred.

Non smokers with no pets. Excellent references can be provided. We are interested in decorating and gardening.

Looking to move in any time from April onwards when we will be returning to Bristol after 5 months travelling in India. Seeking a minimum of 6 month contract in view of extending it.
