The cost of the rent includes all utility bills and there is WIFI Broadband and Virgin cable TV, it also includes free calls to landlines in the evening and weekends.
There is also a large garden which is perfect for BBQ's.

The house is situated a few min walk from Erdington high street where there is a good bus service to the center of Birmingham it is a 10 min walk to Erdington train station, there is also a Tesco store round the corner as well.
You will be living with 2 polish girls called Monica and Sophie who are in their 20's

I am looking for a tidy male or female (non smoking) working professional to rent my room.
